my daughter is 4 years 9 m old she is having small pimples on the scalp in front side from 5 6 month , why and what to do

Sometimes this is also because of dehydration. You should add more water in your babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated. Use only baby products and you can go for Babyhug baby products it is one of the best brand. Is still your baby doesn’t get relief then consult with your doctor about it
