My daughter is 4 months old now but belly button is still not fully recovered pls advice

they are usually remnants of umbilicus post delivery. usually does not require any type of madjor treatment except neosporine powder application or t-bact cream application and maintenance of hygiene and proper cleanliness. if itd continues to persist beyond 6 months of age requires surgical intervention like quarterization or ligation removal
