my daughter is 4 month 10 days old.she had not passed motion for past 2 days.she is on both breast milk and formula milk.tell me an remedy.i am worried

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations iiin proper dose suggested by doctgor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
