my baby is 12 days old and in the starting she was pooping regularly but since past 3 days she has not passed motion she is both on formula n breast milk mostly on breast milk twice or sometimes thrice formula what should I do please advice me....???

A. it happens in this age specially when you are giving formula milk here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way and it would be helpful .
