my daughter is 4.8 yrs old last 3 days her urine colour is dark yellow or little reddish.what the reason for this .is any serious.what can I do now.

A. how many times she pass urine? give her adequate water / fluids . if no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
