My daughter is 3nhalf months.... Yesterday we took the vaccine and now she is having 99.6 fever.. Is there a problem?

A. you can give paracetamol for fever and you can repeat the paracetamol again and again 4 times per day and the fever will go away in next two or three days and you can apply ice over the injection site
