my daughter is 3mnth old now, she doesn't sleep at night. what to do? is she doesn't get enough milk or i can start cow milk for her? please suggest.

A. it is not advisable to give cows milk to the baby unless baby is more than one year of age if mother's milk is not sufficient to can give formula milk for the baby
