my daughter is 3 yrs.. she has swollen soaked almond whole thing... any worries

Give the child some water and have them relax and take deep breaths. Monitor the stool over the next week for the almond yo pass out.

Be careful
Make habit that she chew everything
If choking appear consult with your doctor
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
