my daughter is 3 year 9 months old her eyes are red and water is coming out when she used to watch mobile or TV please suggest what should I do

A. please ristrict screen time only 30 min a day, get her eye check/ vision check once. bath her eyes with cold water 2 to 3 times a day. tc
