for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then oznly consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
after gxiving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

Yes, you should definitely start giving Calpol drops to your baby and can repeat the medicine in every six hours gap if babies temperature is more than 99° temperature. If your baby doesn’t get to leave in next 24 hours then you have to consult with your doctor about it.
