Q.

my daughter is 23 months old...everyday in evening around 8 8.30 till 11.30 her body appears warm...n than slowly it becomes normal...but when I measure her temp it always comes between 97.5 and 98...but her body is warm..y this happens..

A. actually my question was y is her body warm every eve but when I measure her temp is between 97.5 and 98...than y her body is warm when I touch

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic agrcid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
