Is that ok to keep baby in sunlights at 8:30 am or only in morning around 6:30 am. Late sunlight also work? Please suggest.

A. if the child is comfortable and not irritable then you can keep the child in sunlight and the best important time is between 9 to 5 which will give proper vitamin d to the child

A. Hi parent yes mam 8.30 am is good time please avoid windy weather please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
