my daughter is 21months old n her wright is now 16kg is she is over weight if so what to do

Hello mom yes the toddler is on the heavier side is over weight for her age .. so you may try to keep a watch on his diet and avoid sugary , refined and also any kind of packaged or processed foods .. also make sure the child gets ample opportunity to play around
