bulk up mashed potato by putting milk or cheese in it
put grated cheese on beans on toast
make milk puddings
make soups with milk instead of water etc

To help childgain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk.
