start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

Yes It happens sometimes due to deficiency of iron in the body when the child does not have proper levels of haemoglobin in the body also this is a very commonly seen with kids so I think that’s the only reason with your child so if you want you can just be sure about getting a check with your doctor if required necessary supplements can be suggested for the child as well
