A. it is not recommended to intervene or attempt to remove facial hair in a 2-year-old child as it is a natural part of their development. facial hair in children, especially at a young age, is usually very fine, light, and hardly noticeable. it's important to remember that every child develops differently and at their own pace. if you have concerns about your child's facial hair, it's best to consult with a pediatrician or a healthcare provider.d in most cases, facial hair in young children is nothing to worry about and will likely change or disappear as the child grows older.

A. hello this can be due to hormonal problem and it would be better to once check your doctor and she will be able to help you out on the same but now since the child is more maybe nothing can be done but you can still check with your doctor
