my daughter is 2 years & 1 month old. she eats but not in proper way. she is having difficulties in passing stool. what should I make her eat so she can eat properly and easy stool.

A. hello this can be due to constipation n is better to give your child water after every solid which is important and also try to give you a child fibre rich food in the diet and include fruits especially banana and papaya which can help child get relief from the constipation problem
