Q.

my daughter is 2 and half month old and she had flat head on one bcoz she prefers to turn her head one side during sleep. does massage help to make her head round.

A. due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness / abnormal shape on that side of the head. no treatment is required for flat head / bumpy head and you will see that by one year to twoz years of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child begins to sit and later walk. pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry. the bones in the skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth ofz the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape.

A. hi it alright by own as such no need to worry although if you are worried much ,then you can gently massage this part you may use Babyhug mustard seed pillow for this change head position once a child fall asleep.
