my daughter is 2.5 years old. She is not having any cold or running nose . But she is getting cough while sleeping. Can you tell me the reason why this happens. No other symptoms of cold but only cough while sleeping also I can hear her breathing sound loud outside.

A. Maybe your child is genuinely having some congestion in the chest which only happens more when the child is in the resting position it would be good for you to check with your paediatrician one time they are going to clear whatever the issue is
