My daughter had cold last two days, no running nose today but she is cough while sleeping is it normal?

A. Cough is also there along with cold but it gets more aggravated when the body gets dressed and that’s normal to be seen so you can give ginger juice and honey to child half an hour before you put your child to sleep and prefer giving more warm water through the day
