My daughter is 1year 8 months old. She do not speak any words yet. Is it ok?

Baby start to say monosyllables like ma, da at 6 -7 months of age.
And Bisyllables like mama, dada, at 9-10 months of age
Baby start to say 2 words at 12-14 months of age
And jargon speech come at 15 -16 months of age.
Baby can speak simple sentences of 2-3 words at 20-24 months of age.
Some babys achieve these at early and some may be delay in achieving that.
Spend more time with ur baby only
Avoid overcrowding of multiple languages at home to speak with baby
Better to speak in mother tongue and teach that language to baby first

You should try to communicate more and more with your child as much as you can that’s going to be important secondly it’s going to be very good if you do not give any screen time to the chair especially mobile phone that you should completely ristrict right now
