my daughter is 18 months old .she has only fever 100.8° without any other symptoms last 24 hrs . I given to her medicine but after some time fever come again I don't know what should I do. I'm worried about it

A. hi. do guve paracetomol dyp in every 6 hours or after checking temp.. give lots of fluids. if no improvement after 3 days than visit ur local doctor.
