my daughter is 12 months old and she very much cries during her poop time. I regularly gave her water and fruits but still her stomach is dry.. any medicine or remedy which makes it easier for her.

A. You should give more liquids like water soups home made juices and give fibre rich fruits and vegetables like pear papaya prunes apricot figs and green leafy vegetables like spinach and apply little coconut oil around anus before passing motion
