#asktheexpert my daughter is 5 and half month old she didn't poop regularly there is 10 to 12 days gap please suggest what should I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 15 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. d
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Conservation is normal and this is so don’t worry about it if the child is taking all the feeding properly and the urine output is good showing no sign of discomfort then there is absolutely absolutely absolutely nothing that you need to be concerned about
