my daughter is 10months old. uske teeth aa rhe hai pahale usse vomit aur fever aaya tha but abhi usse bas vomit karne k try karti hai par hoti ni hai kya vo teeth ki wajah se hai kya? waise vo active hai

A. it's not because of teething.. Vomiting occurs frequently in infants and small children. Viral and bacterial infections most often cause vomiting it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
