My daughter is 1 year and 8m old and she has the problem of hard motion as I have taken to a paediatrician but the problem is still remain the same so wht would I do to cure her problem

A. U can alter Dietary habit also....Give more fibrous vegetable , fruit nd plenty of water

A. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly . most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of milk and food with maida and junk . medications should be given like lactulose or polyethccylene glycol but only in guidance with the doctor. In emergency situation glycerine suppository or enema is useful.
