Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, All 3 things as told by you comes once baby is more than 3-4 year old dear. Most babies start speaking in small sentences by the time they are 3-4 year old. Social skills comes when baby is more than 4 year old. Your baby is not autistic dear.

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, You should visit autistic child expert dear. He/she will do examination of the baby and will suggest activities accordingly. Please tell that what kind of features you are getting in your child . Naturally some babies respond late but that's normal.
