My daughter has pimples on her face. So please tell me what did I do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Clean your baby’s face daily with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently.
use only mild baby skin lotion..
avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin.
avoid excessive exposure to sunlight.

Use Lotion regularly on to the face of your child that will probably help you because mostly these pimples are due to heat in the body so calamine lotion is going to be a very good choice to go for a polite about 2 to 3 times in a day and then gradually reduced down to 2 times to one time
