my daughter has itchyy scalp and dandruff she is 2 yrs what should i do

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Dear parent, you must moisturize your daughter's hair by oiling them regularly. And use brush to take out dandruff . Do not use comb, but hair brush. Also use good baby shampoo only which is mild and keep her well hydrated to prevent dandruff.
