My daughter has got red boils below the lips and little on the upper side.. what could be the reason and what treatment can be done

Hi Apply a little bit of Boroline onto that area whenever you put your child to sleep because that would be the best time to put it otherwise your child can take it inside the mouth so that time you can applied it could be just random rashes which may have appeared due to heat so try applying Boroline there
