My daughter has got rashes under her neck I have applied rash cream and powder yet it’s not getting any better

Not a rash it is an allergy or infection currently clean it properly and apply Boroline anti septic cream and get it checked by your doctor to know better what kind of treatment would be required and if you need to give any oral medicine as well to the child
