my daughter has extremely dry skin, which is prone to skin infections all the time! using plain coconut oil, but not completely helpful.

Need to check if it is due to any deficiency or food allergy. Please consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
