my daughter has developed symptoms of period like stomach ache and lower back pain. but not yet bleeded. she often complains of back trouble.but she is just 11 yrs now. is it possible its her puberty time so soon??? also she has become hyper active and anxious these days.

Do abdominal stretching  exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
