Q.

My daughter has 6years old.she didn't eat food properly.she looks very lean.How to gain her weight.

A. hi for healthy weight gain, please offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes ,rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures. make food presentation attractive. for example use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful,it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. maintain proper gap between meal and snack time.
