my daughter gone for hair cutting, next day severe cold,is that water spraying on hair will cause cold

No it is not going to create a problem because it is not cold water it is a normal temperature water and after they cut the hair they usually do a blowdry which actually reaches the scalp and make the hair dry from the root so I don’t think so it is going to be the reason behind
