Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi get her hb level checked. give Healthy diet especially green veggies , fruits i.e. apple , papaya, avacado, strawberry , pomegranate,dates , raisins, fig etc.more limit your child dairy intake. spend quality time with your child. limit your child screen time.
