Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks t then meet your doctor.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
