My daughter 2.15 month she getting problem of cough and cold

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated afcdter 6 hours again if required .

You Should get a check with your doctor since your child is too small as of now it’s better to consult your doctor to know what is exactly the severity of the situation and accordingly they can guide you with the right medicine that you should be giving to the child
