Offer colourful foods like beetroot halwa, gajar halwa and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters as colours and designs attract the attention of kids. Offer foods in colourful plates and bowls. Offer drinks in colourful sippers. Avoid distractions such as TV, laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc. Eat meals as a family together so that the kid learns healthy eating habits from parents, siblings etc. Offer small portions of food and offer more only when the kid asks. Give him a bowl and a spoon to eat on his own. Let him play with the food and make a mess and this is how he will learn to eat independently. Kids at this age have a sense of independence. Offer healthy snacks like granola bars, cereal bars, finger foods, steamed vegetables wedges or cut fruits etc.

Try giving your baby variety of food with different taste, colour and texture.
Sit down with your plate when you are feeding your kid, it will encourage her to see that you are also eating the same food.
Try to make the baby eat while playing.
Restrict juices.
Limit the intake of milk. As liquids fills the baby tummy leaving less space for solids.
Check for anemia, vitamin deficiencies, worms.
Take Care.
