my child is not taking proper food and he is very week and immunity also very low what should I do

A. You need to get it checked with your doctor because a proper course of medication can only be suggested after consulting the doctor for making the immunity proper as well as for a diet plan which is going to be beneficial for your child for growth and weight gain
