My child is always suffering from cold....His weight is 40 kg...he is very foodie.... I am worried about this

Okay Ma’am your child is quite underweight you really need to reduce on the weight of your child I don’t know what is the height of your child but the weight is really much on the higher side further for that treatment it would be good for you to consult your doctor once
