Give small amounts in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.
Always give a kid different kind of recipe as their taste changes during this age group..
Feed with other family members.
Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity.

Rice Is not the only food to be given to the child if your child is not fond of it try to give more of Paratha and rice roti to the child you know that would be the right thing to go for if your child is not interested in rice and lots and lots of options you can give more of vegetables to the child that would be the right thing to do
