my child is a 4 year old autistic boy. needed some good pediatricians who can understand kids on the spectrum and guide us with a diet plan for ny son

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The autism diet includes gluten free/casein free food items. This diet strictly eliminates gluten items like wheat and barley along with casein items like dairy products. The autism diet might be able to reduce the symptoms and thus help in better communication and social interactions.
