ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mum maintain proper gap and accordingly give three healthy home cooked meals do not satisfy the Hunger with milk alone keep on adding variety and include all seasonal vegetable and fruits also include homemade curd paneer and white butter to the diet of the child now
