it is not related to brain
they are also known as breath holding spells which many times occur due to change in behaviour of the child as well as it is commonly associated with iron deficiency anaemia.
it is important that you should give iron supplements to the child as well as food rich in iron and during the episode it is important to move the child away from that environment to a new environment and then divert the child.
it is a self limiting problem and will go away in next 2 or 3 months maximum.
can take opinion of a Neurologist also to clear the doubts

Yes I think it could probably be associated with the brain of the child I would suggest you to check with the neurologist one time if they advised you to conduct a test or something go for it at least you’ll be sure if there’s an issue or there is nothing to be worried because it’s very important to take care of the situation
