Q.
My child is 6 years old boy who still doesn't want to eat by hand nd refuses to eat any vegetables except paneer. what should I do?

Hello mom you have to make an effort and teach them in a play way method to him , you can have meals together whenever possible they learn a lot through observing , also try different ways to present them such as vegetables can be given in form of soups , also you can make purée and mix it in idli dosa batter or parantha dough

Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity..
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies.
