Q.

my child is 4m one,he has a cold and i would like to know what medicine I should give. will it settle down by itself? is inhalation prescribed

A. Wikoryl af five paediatric drops you can give to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each for minimum of 3 to maximum of five days secondly see if your child is having major sneezing and running nose then you can use this child with steam is very good but it has to be given indirectly
