my child is 3yr 11 months n as adenoids he as discomfort sleep and often falls ill in winter so decided to undertake surgery for him . is this a right decision

depends on your child health condition
so better to take second opinion from other local pediatrician who can give right guidance after examining your child health
please practice warm salt water gargling atleast twice in a day
give Luke warm water to drink
