my child is 3 yr 5 months old, she speaks some English words, alphabets , numbers etc. which she has learned from poems in mobile phone. but still she doesn't talk and also don't reply to us. she asks everything by indicating. what should I do now.

A. you have to interact more with the baby to improve the vocabulary daily then only will learn the local language Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
