Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper hefalth of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as pver the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors like nutritional factor some chronic infection or malabsorption which needs to be ruled out.
